Founded in 2012 by Mitzy Wilson, we launched the trademarked IN-A-BIND™ program to do what others couldn’t: deliver custom boxes in under five days—twice as fast as the industry standard. From simple shipping boxes to complex, custom box, we design and manufacture boxes of all shapes and sizes, serving clients with urgent, high-volume needs.

Located in Pico Rivera, California, just east of Los Angeles, our manufacturing plant stands as a symbol of what’s possible when vision meets execution. Mitzy Wilson is a pioneer with over 40 years in custom boxes distribution. Her vision and leadership transformed a two-person startup into a thriving manufacturing plant.

Erica has over 20 years of experience in financial planning and forecasting, business strategy, team leadership, and operational efficiency to strengthen profit margins for large to mid-sized organizations. Currently, she oversees operations and relationships at Box Express Mfg. to grow and expand the organization in new territories and markets.

Steve is an experienced executive with over 20 years of experience in Sales and Business Development of Corrugated Boxes. From setting up a large distribution network of pre-manufactured boxes to an in-house manufacturing unit, Steve has created multiple product portfolios for Box Express over the years.

Jesse drives sales growth by developing and maintaining strong client relationships. He identifies new business opportunities, develops client relationships, and ensures customer satisfaction. Additionally, Jesse tracks sales metrics, manages accounts, and works towards achieving sales targets and fostering long-term partnerships.

Wilson is the Plant Manager and Business Development professional. He supports overall operational efficiency, coordinates production schedules, supervises production teams, and implements process improvements. Wilson also ensures a safe working environment, adheres to regulatory standards, and supports staff training and development, making him a vital asset to Box Express.
